Closer Look is open to everyone curious about art! Learning and Community Engagement staff invites participants to look closely at a single artwork in the Norton’s Collection. We discuss the artwork, its potential meanings, and participants’ viewpoints.

A Closer Look / Collector, Jonathan “Jack” Frost

Join collector Jonathan “Jack” Frost in conversation with Glenn Tomlinson, William Randolph Hearst Chief Officer of Learning and Community Engagement for a conversation in the special exhibition The Paper Trail: 500 Years of Prints from the Jonathan “Jack” Frost Collection. Guests will have the opportunity to speak with Frost and gain insight into his career as a collector as well as the remarkable European and American works that fill his collection, from the Renaissance to the modern era.
